Tour Plan
Day 1: Arrival in Tanzania – Kilimanjaro Airport → Arusha / Moshi
Welcome to Tanzania! Upon arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, a Chaga Adventures representative will meet you and transfer you to your hotel in Arusha or Moshi. Enjoy a relaxed evening and a safari briefing with your guide to prepare for the adventure ahead.

Day 2: Arusha / Moshi → Lake Manyara National Park
After breakfast, depart for Lake Manyara National Park, known for its diverse habitats and tree-climbing lions. Enjoy a game drive through woodlands, along the lakeshore, and into lush forests where elephants, giraffes, hippos, and many bird species can be seen.
In the late afternoon, transfer to your lodge near the park for dinner and overnight.

Day 3: Lake Manyara → Serengeti National Park
Today you journey toward Serengeti National Park, one of Africa’s most celebrated wildlife areas. On the way, enjoy a game drive as you enter the Serengeti plains, watching for lions, elephants, zebras, and more.
Arrive at your camp or lodge in time for dinner and an evening rest.

Day 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park
Spend a full day in the Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Your guide will take you to areas where wildlife congregates, giving you the best chances to see big cats, wildebeest, giraffes, buffalo, and a rich variety of birds. If the timing is right, you may also witness the dramatic movements of the Great Migration.
Return to camp for dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Serengeti → Ngorongoro Conservation Area
After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive in the Serengeti before heading toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Travel through scenic landscapes as you make your way to your lodge near the crater rim.
Take the rest of the afternoon to relax and prepare for the next day’s crater adventure.

Day 6: Ngorongoro Crater Game Drive
Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater for a full day of game viewing inside one of the world’s most remarkable wildlife arenas. The crater floor supports a high density of animals, including lions, elephants, rhinos, buffalo, and many other species. Enjoy a picnic lunch in the crater before ascending in the afternoon.
Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight.

Day 7: Ngorongoro → Arusha / Moshi → Departure
After breakfast, depart from your lodge and begin your return journey to Arusha or Moshi. You will be dropped off at Kilimanjaro International Airport for your departure flight, or back to your hotel if extending your stay.
